A family affair since the 1940s, Lessard Builders has been involved in many of Delaware’s most prestigious neighborhoods such as Wild Quail, King’s Creek, Oakwood Village and Pennwood. With Fiddler’s Creek, we continue our commitment to building masterfully crafted custom homes and making the homebuilding experience enjoyable and rewarding for our clients.

Lessard Builders is led by Brian Lessard, a third-generation builder who was taught the craft by his father, Addie Lessard. Brian is personally involved in the construction of each home and selects only premium products and highly professional trades.
